We keep it pretty simple. Invoices are sent every Friday and are due within 7 days. For monthly retainer clients, invoices are sent 7 days before the 1st of each month, keeping everything paid and ready to go for the month ahead.

We start with a 1-month trial, giving you the chance to make sure we’re the right fit before committing. After the trial, our management partnerships typically run for 6–12+ months, because the best social media results come from consistency and a long-term strategy.
